³⁹ Of what can any living ^[a]mortal, or any man,
^(A)Complain ^[b]in view of his sins?
⁴⁰ Let’s ^(B)examine and search out our ways,
And let’s return to the Lord.
⁴¹ We ^(C)raise our heart ^[c]and hands
Toward God in heaven;
